At The Source AV, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fidelity audio and video equipment. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and verify eligibility.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own insured shipping method to the box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
